11/04/05: Ichoices Call Centre Outsourcing wins Gauteng and National BPeSA Awards

Ichoices Call Centre Outsourcing walked away with both the
Regional and National awards for the category of Best Internal
Technical Innovation at the BPeSA award evening held on the 31
March 2011.
Both awards were awarded for the integrated solution between
Microsoft CRM and their CIC Telephony Platform.
